Residential Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits & Payment Plans
   • Non-Refundable Deposit:To secure a player’s place, kit, and elite staffing, a non-refundable deposit of £366.66 is required.
   • 3-Part Payment Plan:If choosing the instalment option, your first payment of £366.66 acts as this non-refundable deposit. Subsequent instalments will be automatically deducted every 30 days.
   • Full Payment:For those paying in full, £366.66 of the total fee is classified as a non-refundable deposit.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   We operate a strict refund schedule to manage our commitments to Harrow Schooland our professional coaching staff:

• 90+ Days Notice:A refund of all fees paid will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit (£366.66).
• 60–90 Days Notice:A 50% refund of the total residential fee will be issued.
• Under 60 Days Notice:Strictly no refunds can be issued. At this stage, all operational costs, including custom kit orders and venue fees, are fully locked in.

3. Injury & Medical

• In the event of a documented long-term injury (Medical/Doctor’s note required) within the 60-day non-refund window, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue a Credit Notevalid for 12 months, which can be used toward any future PitchYourSkills trials or residentials.

4. Player Conduct

• By booking, you agree that players must adhere to the Residential Handbook We reserve the right to remove any player from the camp for serious anti-social behaviour without a refund of fees.
